About this Workshop: Do you want to understand how a recording session unfolds? What does a music production involve? How can you approach, plan, and achieve the best possible results?
In this workshop, Javier Salvador answers these questions and takes us into the recording process from a learning perspective.
His experience in guitar music production proves to him daily that recording is a valuable learning process.

The workshop is divided into two sections:
• A theoretical session, where all the key concepts mentioned above will be explained.
• A practical session, where active participants will have the opportunity to experience the recording process firsthand.
About the Active Participants’ Recording: The recording, editing, mixing, and mastering of the participants’ works will be carried out by Javier Salvador. The recording will take place at the Caixapetrer Auditorium, a venue that has been carefully evaluated and meets the necessary acoustic and technical conditions for a professional-level recording. Each recorded piece should have an approximate maximum duration of 4 minutes.
Javier Salvador is a guitarist, composer, and music producer. He is internationally known as a sound engineer specializing in classical guitar recordings.
